With the good in life comes the bad, and the last thing you want is to be stuck in pain, doubt, guilt, shame, indecision, despair or conflict. You can choose to walk a journey with our counsellor at Hope and Heart Counselling to find your own empowerment and healing. We seek to support you to make your decisions, choose your path, create your own meaning in line with your beliefs, culture and spirituality.
What are the outcomes?
The outcomes are unique to you. At Hope and Heart Counselling, we will set goals together at the start of the therapy and track the achievement of the goals throughout our time together. Below are some examples of what can be achieved.
You have a safe space to voice and explore your struggles and uncomfortable thoughts. Together, we can work towards resolution, healing or new perspectives.
You gain clarity over your desired choices that are in line with your values and goals. The parts of you with different wants come to an agreement on the way forward.
Your grief or pain is no longer overwhelming and you find internal release and acceptance. Meaningful perspectives emerge that empower and enable you.
You act less out of automatic compulsion in your parenting, relationships, decisions or actions, and are empowered internally to lead with purpose and your desired values.
