I recently lost access to Hope and Heart's Facebook page. Hence, some of the posts in the Facebook page will be transferred to these blog pages gradually.

This is a lovely illustration from The Sized of how  there can be different parts in us reacting in different ways to a situation. Even the parts that are so-called proud or resentful have our best interests in mind. In their own way, they are just trying to protect the vulnerable parts of us.
